PURCHASING OF ITEM
Q1 : How am I going to purchase with Velvety Veil?
First step , you may choose any desired items and click the 'Add to Cart' button.
When you are finished, kindly click the check out buttons and fills the form. 
An invoice will be sent to your e-mail and you will be proceed through various payment offered in the invoice, including Mastercard and Visa Debit or Credit as well.

Q2 : Can i do reservation on the desired item(s)?
Kindly remind you that you are allowed to reserve the item(s) desired only for two days for the settlement purpose.
If fail to do so, the item(s) reserved will be passed to other waiting customers.


LOCAL DELIVERY (WITHIN MALAYSIA)
Q1: What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?
Peninsular Malaysia
Flat rate at MYR6 for one (1) to three (3) items.
Additional MYR1 for three (3) or more items above.
West Malaysia
Flat rate at MYR9 for one (1) to three (3) items.
Additional MYR1 for three (3) or more items above.
Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.
Kindly notice that we only using Poslaju for shipping purposes. 

Q2: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

We post all orders made before 1pm, Monday and Friday per week on the same day via Pos Laju. Pos Laju is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 1pm will only be shipped on Monday. If customers do not receive their order within 3 working days, please contact our customer service department to track your order. 


RETURN POLICY
Q1: What is your return policy?
You can return your purchase to Veil Velvety in the case of unsatisfactory regarding on the product. Do contact us through contact details provided.
Items to be returned should not be worn, washed, ironed or altered  and must include the receipt of purchase. Returns must be posted to Veil Velvety within 5 days of receiving your order. Do post the return item to :

There is a restocking fee of 5% for all items returned.
For example, if you return a headpiece you purchased for RM30, you will receive a store credit coupon worth RM1.50. Store credit coupon codes are provided through email and it is valid for 1 year only. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Also, buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us. Sale items and headbands cannot be returned.
