TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are responsible to make sure that you are comfortable to shop us and continuously support Velvety Veil. Please read the following terms and agree with the conditions stated if you chose to have deals with us.
PURCHASING OF THE PRODUCT
- At Velvety Veil, we are able neither amend nor coAmbine orders that ordered and successfully paid ONLY if the request(s) were or was made before the postage date. Please ensure to inform about the amendment or combination before 6pm, Monday or Friday of each week.
- We post all orders made before 1pm, Monday and Friday on the same day via Pos Laju. Pos Laju makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia).
- Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers (Postlaju) and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist you.
PAYMENT
- All payments have to be made to Velvety Veil founder. Kindly not making the payment(s) unless if the full amount of fund imposed is cleared.
- Kindly inform Veil Velvety once payment made.
PRODUCT CARE
- Kindly not ironing the chiffon materials in too hot heat, ironing inside out is the best recommended
- Do not wash the material in the washing machine as it is delicate and do use mild detergents during the washing process.
- Direct sunlight is not recommended.
